At Bella Sugar Craft, we believe in creativity, calm, and connection through the art of sugar flowers.
Our workshops and courses are designed to inspire confidence, mindfulness, and artistry — within a respectful, supportive, and professional learning environment.These policies ensure a consistent, positive experience for all students, clients, and collaborators.

 

Scope

These policies and procedures cover the contractual relationship between Bella Sugar Craft (hereinafter referred as “BSC”) and the purchaser (hereinafter referred to as “customer”) of any products or services offered through the website of BSC and the associated Online Shop. No other terms or conditions are valid unless agreed in writing. Once an order is entered, the customer is deemed to have accepted the policies and procedures published on www.bellasugarcraft.com.

 

Workshop & Class Registration

• Registration is confirmed only after full payment through our secure online checkout or approved partner platform (e.g., Eventbrite).

• Class sizes are intentionally small / average to ensure personalized instruction. Seats are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

• You will receive a confirmation email with class details, location, and preparation notes once registration is complete.

Payments & Refunds

​

• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise noted.

• Refunds:

  • Cancellations made 10 or more days before the class will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 10 days of the class may be credited toward a future workshop but are non-refundable.

• Transfers: You may transfer your seat to another participant up to 48 hours before the class by emailing bellasugarcraft@gmail.com.

• In the rare case a class is cancelled by Bella Sugar Craft (e.g., due to weather or unforeseen circumstances), all participants will receive a full refund or credit toward a future session.

• Customers may book classes on the webpage of BSC. BSC will confirm the booking of classes as soon as possible , subject to available free seats per class. 

Gift Certificates

​

• Gift certificates may be redeemed for any active Bella Sugar Craft class or digital course or Sugar Craft Tools.

• Certificates are valid for 3 months from the purchase date and are non-refundable but transferable.

Materials & Supplies

​

• All materials and tools needed for in-person classes are provided unless stated otherwise.

• Students are welcome to bring personal tools or brushes, but please label them clearly.

• All consumable materials (gum paste, wires, dust colours) provided in class are for educational use only.

Photography & Media

​

• Bella Sugar Craft may photograph or record workshops for educational and promotional use. ( with consent)

• By attending a class, you grant permission for your image or creations may be featured ( with consent ) unless you opt out in writing before class.

• Students are encouraged to photograph their work but please avoid filming full demonstrations without permission.

Classroom Etiquette

​

• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in and prepare your workspace.

• Respectful and kind behavior is expected toward the instructor and fellow participants at all times.

• Please silence mobile phones during instruction to maintain a calm, creative atmosphere.

• Safety first — all wires, tools, and materials are to be handled as demonstrated.

• Participation to the class is at customers risk and customers have to make sure that they are sufficiently ensured in case of injuries. BSC will not be liable in case of accidents during training classes or related thereto.

 

Online Courses & Downloads

​

• Access links for online courses, PDFs, or eBooks are delivered via email after purchase.

• All digital materials are for personal educational use only and may not be copied, redistributed, or resold as this may result in a legal issues.

Community & Code of Conduct

​

We value inclusivity, kindness, and encouragement. Our community welcomes learners of all backgrounds and experience levels.
Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive conduct of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal from class without refund.

Liability

​

As far as is legally permissible, BSC assumes no liability for the improper handling or use of any of the products sold by BSC or skills acquired by training classes offered by BSC. 

Participation to the class is at customers risk and customers have to make sure that they are sufficiently ensured in case of injuries. BSC will not be liable in case of accidents during training classes or related thereto.

Guarantee

​

If applicable BSC extends a guarantee in accordance with the warranty terms of the original manufacturer of the goods. Visible defects must be communicated in writing by the customer within 5 (five) days of delivery of the product. Otherwise, the delivery will be regarded as accepted.

Class / Workshop Related Products

​

Products featured online represent a formal offer by BSC but not a binding contract. However, a contract is created when a customer clicks the “Confirm Order” button, leading to a formal order of the product(s) or service(s) placed in the shopping cart and once BSC confirmed the order. Confirmation of receipt of the order follows by email shortly afterwards. In case an item is sold out or a service is booked out, BSC reserves the right to cancel the order. Ordered items are delivered as quickly as possible, according to availability. Partial shipments are possible. Completion deliveries are shipped free of charge.

 

Exchange

​

 Tools can be exchanged subject to prior agreement with BSC within 14 (fourteen) days and must be returned unused and in their original wrapping. The customer bears the mailing costs.
